In this course, we'll introduce you to practical skills to work together create reliable connection & intimacy with each other. Instead of providing 'cookie cutter' strategies for specific scenarios, these skills empower you two to approach any challenge, resolve conflicts, and celebrate what's going well.

The course consists of:

Concise on-demand video lectures you & your partner watch together in prep for each live workshop session
In each of the 4 workshop sessions, we dive more deeply into each topic with specific exercises, modeling, supported activities for you & your partner, discussion, and Q&A
Following each workshop session, there are invitations for things to try at home
